Многие знают Грузию как страну, где слились море и горы, где прекрасная кухня и где вкусное вино отлично сочетается с гостеприимством местных. Но мало кто знает, что Грузия — это почти Лас-Вегас в плане сроков регистрации брака. Но если до Америки лететь далеко и дорого, и хочется как можно скорее узаконить свои отношения, то как альтернативу можно выбрать свадьбу в Грузии. Кому-то просто хочется сделать момент бракосочетания запоминающимся, думаю, свадьба за рубежом отлично подойдет для интересных историй.

В этой стране нет так называемого инкубационного периода для молодоженов, чтобы проверить свои чувства, вас могут расписать прямо в день подачи заявления. К разводам грузины относятся так же легко, есть даже шутка, что развод — это просто еще один повод собраться с друзьями и выпить вина. Наверное поэтому у них такие крепкие браки.

В этой статье я опишу только юридические и организационные моменты, с которыми лично у нас возникли сложности, и из-за которых иностранцам сложно расписаться в тот же день, что и подали заявление, так что все-таки советую заложить на свадьбу в Грузии хотя бы пару рабочих дней.

Вопросы организации свадебных церемоний, фотосессий и банкетов я считаю личным делом каждого. Знаю только, что в Грузии очень много агентств, которые с удовольствием и за разумные деньги с этим помогут.

Итак, начнем. Вы решили зарегистрировать брак в Грузии. Что дальше?

Определиться, как хочется заключить брак

В Грузии, как и в любой стране мира есть разные опции для желающих пожениться: расписаться по-тихому, устроить грандиозную свадьбу, кому-то понравится выездная регистрация на пляж или в горы, в общем вариантов масса. В зависимости от того, что хочется вам, зависят предварительные шаги. Все-таки дворцы бракосочетания принято бронировать заранее, ведь может быть очередь.

  • Дворцы бракосочетаний в Грузии есть в таких городах как Тбилиси, Батуми, Кутаиси, Рустави, Сигнахи, Ахалцихе, Гори, Кварели, Зугдиди, и Мцхета. Туда лучше все-таки позвонить не в день, когда вы уже при параде. Например, в Сигнахи работает только один регистратор и она просто может быть в отпуске.
  • Выездная регистрация доступна в любом месте по предварительной договоренности.
  • Проще и быстрее всего зарегистрировать брак в любом филиале Дома юстиции или территориальной службе Агентства развития государственных услуг. Мы выбрали Дом Юстиции в Тбилиси. Собственно, это и есть опция «просто расписаться».

Сигнахи

Отдельно стоит отметить Дворец бракосочетаний в Сигнахи. Он примечателен тем, что работает круглосуточно (для любви не должно быть преград!) и любой житель города с удовольствием будет вашим свидетелем. Сигнахи в Грузии — город Любви, по преданию именно здесь происходили события из песни «Миллион алых роз». Изначально мы хотели пожениться именно в Сигнахи, но к нам на свадьбу приехал годовалый ребенок. Дорога от Тбилиси до Сигнахи занимает примерно 2 часа, и мучить ребенка (а вместе с ним и нам всем мучится) дорогой туда-обратно мы не захотели.

Подать заявление

На этапе подачи заявления у вас должны быть переведены на грузинский язык (с заверением нотариуса) паспорта всех участников, если они не граждане Грузии. То есть и паспорта молодоженов, и паспорта свидетелей.

Свидетели в Грузии обязательны! При подаче заявления от них нужны только удостоверения личности (личного присутствия не надо), но при бракосочетании они должны быть лично и поставить свою подпись! Если не хотите тратиться на переводы, или не привезли с собой друзей, можно просто попросить знакомых и малознакомых грузин, они охотно в этом участвуют.

В зависимости от выбранного способа бракосочетания при подаче заявления попросят заплатить пошлину (см. таблицу ниже) и указать телефон, на который придет SMS о статусе вашего заявления. Номер должен быть грузинского оператора! Российский не подойдет!

Важная ремарка: если кто-то из молодоженов ранее был в браке и развелся, об этом нужно взять справку в России и тоже перевести её на грузинский и заверить у нотариуса. И не забыть взять ее при подаче заявления.

Таким образом, получается, на момент подачи заявления нужны нотариально заверенные переводы на грузинский всех участников процесса, нотариально заверенные справки о разводах (если актуально) и грузинская сим-карта. Так же нужное количество денег на счету или наличкой. На подачу заявления у нас ушло около 1.5 часов, почти все это время мы просто сидели в очереди. Дом Юстиции в Тбилиси принимает банковские карты.

Нотариусы в Грузии

После Петербурга и Москвы, где нотариальные услуги доступны в каждом районе и по очень удобному графику, часы работы и обязательность нотариусов Тбилиси может слегка шокировать, поэтому пишу об этом заранее. Перевод и заверение удостоверений личности является именно тем этапом, который может задержать процесс регистрации брака на пару дней.

Вывеска сети нотариальных контор.

Сначала вам нужно найти переводчика, который выполнит перевод ваших заграничных паспортов на грузинский. Они работают, как правило, при нотариусах, но могут работать с 13.00 до 17.00, например. А нотариус с 9.00 до 12.00. Получается, в один день вы переводите, а на второй заверяете. Конкретный переводчик работает с конкретным нотариусом, и перевести в одном бюро, а заверить в другом вряд ли получится. Свои переводы тоже заверить нельзя!

Мы переводили и заверяли документы в большом бизнес-центре по адресу проспект Давида Агмашенебели, 154. Переводчик выполнил свою работу уже к 10.00, а нотариус обещал прийти к 15.00, потом опоздал и пришел к 16.00, в итоге где-то в 16.30 мы получили на руки документы, хотя отдали их в 9.00 утра.

Дождаться решения (приглашения)

Если вы просто регистрируете брак без выезда за территорию регистрирующего органа и без торжественных ритуалов, то смс-ка с приглашением в выбранное место придет через несколько часов. Рабочих часов, разумеется. То есть если вы подали заявление под закрытие, то раньше чем на следующий день его ждать не стоит. Тут важно отметить, что несмотря на то, что очень много грузин разговаривают по-русски, все уведомления будут на грузинском. Наше — ниже.

Приглашение регистрировать брак.

Прийти в выбранное место

Ваша заявка на регистрацию брака действительна в течение 2 месяцев. В течение этого времени после получения sms-ки спокойно приходите в выбранное вами место со свидетелями и удостоверениями личности. Могут быть очереди, как и в любом госучреждении. Мы ждали регистрацию 20 минут, заявление все-таки подавали дольше.

Сделать перевод и апостиль

Если вы регистрируете брак в Доме Юстиции, можете там же попросить перевод на нужный вам язык и апостиль. Можно выбрать срочную и не срочную услугу. По идее это можно сделать в России, но найти уполномоченного переводчика с грузинского, работающего в удобное время сложно. Лучше сразу там.

Мы выбрали срочную услугу, так как улетали через 20 часов, и нам его сделали в тот же день. По готовности так же придёт sms. Перевод на русский и апостиль с готовностью документов в тот же день обошелся нам в 221 грузинский лари.

Подтвердить брак в России (или в другой стране)

Когда вернетесь в Россию, если на руках уже есть заверенный перевод на русский, то идете в любое отделение по вопросам миграции ГУ МВД России (не обязательно по прописке, вообще в любое) с внутренними паспортами, заграничными паспортами, по которым регистрировали брак и, собственно, свидетельством и регистрации брака. Примерно через 10 минут вам отдадут ваши паспорта со штампами в графе семейное положение. На этом всё, поздравляю!

И затем развестись…

Не все браки живут вечно, вот и наш грузинский оказался не таким прочным, как традиции гостеприимства и виноделия этой прекрасной страны. Можно почитать подробнее, как потом разводиться на территории РФ.
