Не понимаю людей, которые считают, что еда нужна лишь для того, чтобы поддерживать тело в рабочем состоянии и всячески пытаются этот процесс оптимизировать, придумывая сойленты и прочие «универсальные приемы пищи». Я считаю, что испытывать гастрономическое удовольствие нормально, поэтому часто во многих городах появляются места, куда я захожу, чтобы еще раз испытать чувство блаженства от тортика или жареной картошки.
В Таллине таким местом стало достаточно популярное среди туристов и жителей Кафе Майасмокк (Kohvik Maiasmokk) — старейшее кафе Таллина. Название переводится как «Лакомка», подают в нём в основном десерты и кофе. И среди вкуснейших десертов есть прямо таки скрытый бриллиант — фисташковый тортик с шариком из марципана.
Я не знаю, с чем сравнить нежность текстуры и вкуса. Это действительно самый нежный, ненавязчиво ореховый, не приторный фисташковый торт, который я когда-либо ела в своей жизни. Причем кондитеры этого кафе выдерживают стандарт качества от раза к разу.
Я знаю, что пирожные из фисташек не относятся к местным и национальным кухням, а я как правило ем в поездках только такое, но каждый раз, когда я в Таллине, я захожу и беру себе чашку американо и кусочек тортика. И вам рекомендую.
