Венгрия — это наваристость, большие порции, яркие краски, ароматы на всю кухню, идеальный баланс мяса и овощей. Венгерская кухня — одна из моих любимых, так как я еще и большой любитель перца, в частности, паприки. Для меня воспоминания о прогулке по ресторанной улице в Будапеште скоре активизируют мой нос, чем глаза, так как ароматы венгерских блюд абсолютно незабываемы.
Те, кто были в Венгрии, и я не исключение, заметили, что львиную долю товаров в сувенирных лавках и уж обычных продуктовых магазинов является паста для приготовления гуляша и сухая паприка. И как бы это странно не звучало, я правда считаю это самым важным сувениром и самым желанным подарком из Венгрии. Возможность воссоздать на своей кухне эти ароматы, вкусы и краски бесценна!
Поэтому единственным ответом на вопрос «Что привезти из Венгрии?» для меня будет паста для гуляша. Ну и немножко паприки.
Чем отличается венгерский гуляш от советского?
В-первую очередь тем, что советский гуляш — это тушеное мясо без кости в зажарке с небольшим количеством подливы. Подается оно как основное блюдо, с гарниром из гречи или макарон. Венгерский же гуляш — это в первую очередь суп. Очень густой, но все же суп. Считается, что этот суп был традиционным блюдом венгерских пастухов, которое готовилось на костре и практически не изменилось с тех времен. Готовить его можно как из говядины, так и из свинины, если любите понаваристее. Как приготовить венгерский гуляш с помощью этой пасты я написала чуть ниже.
